    Recommend and enable

Deliver clear findings, practical tools and an achievable way forward.

Making priorities visible.

When resources are limited, a shared view of value, feasibility and risk helps leaders compare options and make informed choices.

From evidence to investment decisions

This example compares six assets using five-year cumulative sales, peak-year sales and a structured assessment of medical, regulatory and market-access likelihood of success. The matrix brings those factors together to inform a priority order.

Adapted to the decision at hand

For healthcare, government and community organizations, the same approach can be adapted around expected impact, community need, strategic fit and delivery feasibility. Criteria and scoring are defined with the client, making trade-offs explicit and supporting informed discussion.
